Case Study – Persimmon & Charles Church

Persimmon Sherborne Fields

Recently appointed as the new signage supplier to Persimmon and Charles Church Camberley one of our first projects was to replace the existing post and panel signs with our new slimline monoliths at their site in Basingstoke. We feel the new look is fresh, bright and clean and at no more cost than panel and posts it is fast becoming the adopted look

Charles Church Montfort Place

Similar to Sherborne Fields we took on the care of this existing site and again were asked to install slimline monoliths to replace the existing post and panel signs. As you can tell from the images this site is very exposed to the elements but in the recent high winds they all remained firmly locked into the ground, a testament to the diligence of our skilled installation teams, the construction of the monoliths and the methods we use to ensure our signs stay in place.

Furlong Grange

Having supplied almost all of the development signage at Picket 20 over the past few years since the first show home was built we are very familiar with it’s territory. It has been great to watch this village evolve with it’s array of community, shopping and health facilities. Working on a site which is already occupied requires respect for the residents so we always take care to leave as small a footprint as we can.

Chilmark Glade

Now that the first part of the development has all successfully sold we have returned to install supplementary signage in the new location of the sales information centre.

Chilmark Glade

Set in the stunning historic hilltop town of Shaftesbury Persimmon Homes new development at Chilmark Glade takes advantage of the beautiful Dorset countryside whilst still being close to local amenities.

A shared site with Charles Church our brief was to provide a signage solution which ensured visibility whilst remaining sympathetic to the bucolic surroundings

Cranborne Heights

Sharing the site with Persimmon Homes at Shaftesbury, the distinctive signage of the Charles Church brand clearly differentiates between the two sites.

Head Office in Maidstone

With Persimmon Homes acquisition of Hillreed Homes, Signs Direct (UK) Ltd were asked to rebrand Hillreed’s head office, to incorporate the Persimmon Homes, Charles Church, Westbury and Hillreed Homes brands.

The work had to be completed within one day due to the legal process of acquisition and this included Raised Lettering internally and externally as well as a new double sided stack sign.

All went to plan and another tight deadline was met with the supply and installation of quality signage.

Persimmon Homes at Barley Fields – a new site just a few miles from our offices!

We produced and fitted stack signs, marketing suite fascia, flagpoles and site directional signage, the site is now open and looking good ready for selling!

Head Office in Fareham

After undergoing a rebrand we were asked by Persimmon Homes to change all their signage at their Fareham Head Office including internal graphics to the reception area. As the office is constantly in use our teams had to work mainly outside of office hours to complete the refit with no disruption to the ongoing operation of the business.

Picket 20 at Andover

As a supplier to most of the developers at this significant site we were able to work with the whole consortium to create a shared signage solution whilst retaining the individual brands of each developer. The signage was supplied in several phases as the site expanded and our regular presence on site allowed us to monitor each developer’s requirements as it grew, offering efficient responses and a successful outcome.
