Boorley Park

Set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside the Boorley Park development was the perfect place for us to install our latest range of premier signage solutions for Bloor Homes. As a consortium site it is vital that Bloor Homes presence is prominent and we feel this has been successfully and tastefully achieved with prominent flags, modular totems and our latest option of modular fascia

Laurel Grove, Fareham

Bloor Homes new development near the South Coast market town of Fareham was chosen to showcase our new range of illuminated modular signage. An internally lit full height totem is complemented with smaller options in bright green which lead into the marketing suite area, also easily seen at night with the backlit fascia sign.

Alms Meadow, Etwall

Located between Derby and Burton upon Trent, Etwall is set in beautiful countryside. At this site we installed modular totem signs some of which are internally lit for the longer winter evenings.

Harwood Place Newbury

We have been extremely busy throughout the summer and continue to successfully provide a national supply and fitting service for Bloor Homes. With a guaranteed turnaround time of 10 days on all orders we are able to keep their sites up to date as changes happen. This site in Newbury is tucked down a quiet lane so we used extra flags help to guide clients in and we have added Bloor branded graphic panels to brighten up the existing hoarding on site

Greenham Gardens Newbury

Situated in the convenient location of Newbury with great transport links and good local schools the clean and spacious Greenham Gardens development offers an ideal location for the family home. The Marketing Suite is easily located by use of prominent flags and boldly coloured signage, including branded signage for construction traffic

Kings Gate at Amesbury – Phase 2

Having successfully sold most of the homes in Phase 1 in an incredibly short space of time Bloor tasked us to provide internal and external signage for a new Sales Centre in another location within the development. The changeover happened within 24 hours so the brief was to have all the new signage ready for a swift changeover. Our team worked efficiently to complete the task without drama or interruption to the operation of the Sales Centre

New branding for Bloor Homes

Bloor Homes recently underwent a rebrand of their signage which we installed at their busy Westgate site in Dorset. As usual our team did a fantastic job and the site looks striking with it’s new livery which reflects elements of our design used at Dukes Manor

Kings Gate at Amesbury – Preliminary Sales Centre

This is a preliminary opening of Bloor’s new premier site at Amesbury – a continuation of the extremely successful Archer’s Gate development near Boscombe Down in Wiltshire. Prominent, well-placed branding ensures the customer finds the Marketing Suite easily. Once inside raised letters and internal graphics continue the branding theme and the addition of clear acrylic leaflet holders offer a neat solution for the display of marketing literature.

Dukes Manor in the heart of the Hampshire countryside

Duke’s Manor combines modern, spacious design with an idyllic location and excellent transport links, offering a truly outstanding way of life.

Bloor Homes are offering 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes released for sale at the beginning 2014.

We were asked to produce a stunning range of signage and hoarding to complement the beautiful surroundings, this time moving away from the traditional Bloor Homes corporate colours offering a different theme.

Working closely with our client our design incorporated stainless steel cut letters on a black background – a style mirrored in the choice of colour for the extensive hoarding run which curves from the entrance out to the main road.

Working to a tight deadline we delivered once again on time

New City Garden village from Bloor Homes

We are proud and delighted to show the fabulous range of signage we produced for Bloor Homes at this prestigious and flagship development.

With only two weeks’ notice we produced and fitted some 300m of post and rail hoarding that was primed and painted in gloss grey, we then produced some 220m of high resolution hoarding sign boards together with numerous small signs, main development signage and an illuminated slim-line light box facia.

The transformation is impressive to say the least and Bloor Homes are delighted with the results and we are proud of our team here for burning the midnight oil in order to meet the incredibly tight deadline.

Berewood is a brand new City Garden development on the outskirts of Waterlooville in Hampshire offering 1 bedroom starter homes to 5 bedroom detached executive properties.

Bloor Homes have adopted the basis of the distinguished development of Poundbury in Dorset and have produced a stunning new village community with beautiful character homes close to all major amenities, the cost and major rail and road networks to London.

Redlands Grange

New site opening for Bloor Homes at Redlands Grange.

Bloor Homes new development of stunning 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes in Emsworth. They have transformed this special greenfield site into a truly stunning development in a unique location. We produced and fitted tray signs with raised lettering, including trough lighting, Flagpoles, Stack signs, and raised lettering to the marketing suite.

Ote Park

This stunning development is located in the Sussex countryside and we were asked by our long time customer Bloor Homes to survey and propose a signage scheme for their new site.

As you can see from the photographs the results were really excellent and OTE Park is now selling very well!
